  This was our favorite place during our 2 weeks in England. The house is spacious, stylishly decorated, comfortable, quiet and located right on the beach. Check in is... read more was a little difficult as the GPS does not really help you locate the house and there are no house numbers. Communication was responsive but involved a third party management system that really wasn't that helpful; and cellular coverage right at the beach is spotty. Ultimately we wandered up and down the length of the beach until we found the house. It might be helpful if more photos were added regarding where to park and how to identify the house. Likewise, it took a while to figure out how to get on the WiFi as the included manual seemed to be incorrect. There is a plaque on the wall tucked in next to a door with the password that we found on the second day. Despite these minor issues, we loved our stay. The view is amazing and the house almost forces you to slow down, relax and take it all in. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

If staying again, I’d ask permission to be able to drop off and pack up via the car at the very front of property. Car parking is in the road on top of the cliffe which is fine, but had to do several trips back and forwards to get bags into the property. The small road is more aligned for home owners and you do see some cars parked there.
The Hampton inn was about 5 minute walk and was a great venue for drinks and lunch.
We enjoyed our stay immensely and would look to return when suitable

It is hard to match being greeting by a view of the sea first thing in the morning along with the gentle sounds of the water as you relax in the evening over your favourite beverage. Communication was terrific & easy! As others have noted, this place works best for folks with few limitations on their mobility as the recommended parking is located on the road above overlooking the house and easy access is then located at the base of a grassy slope. The only thing is that there is no parking near the house so we had to make a few trips up and down the grassy slope. Not an issue for us but maybe for others!
We enjoyed exploring Herne Bay, which is less than a km walk from the house!. Recommend Lobsters and oysters at Whitstable.
Would definitely recommend this place for peace and quiet in a stunning house with great views!

The location is unbeatable, the sunrise and sunset views out of this world. Good sized fridge and freezer and lots of common space to come together.

The bathrooms were impeccably clean and the towels and bed linen were top quality. We were even able to get a couple of taxis back from Whitstable with little notice (including the dog).

Side note - keep in mind that since the house is waterfront, getting down to the house is a bit difficult as we had to go up and down a very long staircase on a hill. Also, not a lot of taxi/cabs are willing to come down to the waterfront road.
