With the sea on your doorstep, a myriad of seaside excursions and visits, harbour towns, seaside resorts, country parks, woodlands and the quaint meandering old cobbled streets of the Cathedral town of Canterbury all within half hour in the car. Jarrahdale Beach House really is the perfect location for couples, family & friends to have a memorable holiday.
If you enjoy walking, you could step out of Jarrahdale and walk all the way to the harbour town of Whitstable in about an hour or Reculver in an hour and a half.
Similary if you’re into cycling, the Oyster Bay Trail runs directly in front of hour beach house, where you can cycle all the way from Whitstable through to Margate on this mainly traffic free route.
In the evenings, there are numerous restaurants, pubs and bars within walking distance as well as Herne Bay shops and cafe’s along the trendy pedestrianised Mortimer Street.
The Jarrahdale Beach House is the perfect base for days out to Margate, Ramsgate or Broadstairs and the perfect retreat to come back to each day after exploring the varying treasures around East Kent.
